toeing skis out?

Ok well I recently posted some questions about my inner-outer tie rod adjustments...well i got it done and everythings good now!! But I was wondering how many of you guys adjust so the skis are toed out a little bit? The mechanic at a yamaha dealership told me to toe them out a little bit so i don't get darting etc, but that seems like your dragging your front end alot right?

Ordinarily the skis are toed out 0-3mm according to the manual,0 if you want the sled to steer tighter and 3mm out if you want it to be a bit less twitchy.
