my brother is prob. going to trade his quads on a 2001 MM700. nice sled 430km on it :)

He is thinking of getting some triple pipes but wants to have a idea what to buy. we know SLP's and like them but wanted to know what some other ppl thought.

Whats are some of the options? bender aaen psi power inc.
What kinda of sound weight power things like that.

i had aaens on my last 700 and i liked them a lot. Very consistent, decent power, light weight and great sound, not too loud either, but had an awesome bark to them. I also got about 16 mpg all the time with them. Now i have simons cpr's, and they are a little louder, and they have a little more power, but they are heavier. Will let you know how the perform for consistency and fuel mileage.

With out a doubt, the best pipes you can buy are Benders. Very user friendly, and work great if you go to the steep and deep. ===SRXSRULE===

There are no rules or anything on sleds around here so noise is not a prob. so far im thinking bender and power inc. Was going to put powers inc. on my SXR had it jetting and the first pipe on... tell we found out they gave me 2 of the same pipe :o| so i went for the only other pipes in stock SLP.

the benders sound nice...good power increase...no experiance with any others though...

I just the Bender Triples on my viper and they sound awesome. Good note and not to loud. These are the 3 pipes into 3 cans race version. I bought them used for a really good price and were pretty easy to install. Whatever you do don't skimp...get all the things necessary to do the job right. Don't cut corners. I wasn't even going to consider this mod on mine unless I could get everything...IE, pipes, jets, reeds, clutching, rear heat exchanger and opticool head gasket as well as the head modification. Too many guys have attempted to do the mod. without the rear heat exchanger and they paid the price.

you are talking about the viper? my other brother has a viper with benders and has the rear heat exchanger and all that other good stuff :)

My other bro might be getting MM700 and looking into the pipes for it.

Have only had experience with Benders, jet it like Tim's instructions and be sure to retune the clutching. They are proven, especially if your in the deep and high. We ride between 3k and 6k up here and they work great!

oops!

My Bad Fast Eddy, Got carried away. Your right I'm talking about the Viper. Sorry still learning how to read...LOL I'm sure whatever you choose will work great. I'm a huge Bender fan...they seem to really do their home work, before putting out a product.
