got a 40 tooth polaris 13 hyvo. the off set is a little different. looks like the spacer behind the gear would have to be thinner to line up properly with the upper gear. anyone know offhand how thick it would need to be. i can try to get a measure but want to be accurate

i got a polaris 39 t hyvo in mine,i had to cut .095" off the sholder on the gear to make it the same as the stock 38.probally best to measure yours though ,i don,t know if the polaris gears all have the same sholder.

put the polaris gear on the bottom, have the upper sprocket on and then take a straight edge and place it against the bottom sprocket and have it go up accross the outside face of the bottom sprocket. now, while holding the straightedge on, or having a buddy do it, measure w/a calipers, the distance from the straight edge to the outside face of the top gear, and whatever that distance is, will be how much you need to face off the shoulder of the bottom gear, to make them both be inline, when gears and chain are installed. hope this helps.
I just put a polaris 40t in my srx. Guy sent me different shims to make it work...
