How do I clean this and could this be causing my problem with it not idling? There was plenty of fuel in my bowl but the sled will not idle and this cylinder is not firing.

Spray the needle with carb cleaner and wipe it clean with a lint free rag. Spray carb cleaner into the seat and use compressed air to clean it out.
Have you checked for spark on that cylinder?

Yes it has spark and the plug was wet when I removed it. Still won't fire and when I started it fuel was coming out the bottom of the sled but I can't see where it is coming from. It didn't seem like the pipe.

Cylinder is not firing, Fuel coming out the bottom of the sled? Either the carb is dirty/obstructed, or is there a hole in the case.

I've had a similar experience. Couple seasons ago. Started sled for first time and got poor idle and a puddle of gas. Float needles on two carbs were gunked up and stuck open. Had to forcibly pull them out with pliers. Fuel was pouring out the vent tubes into the airbox and onto floor. Last fillip of the year was in L'anse. I now pull the carbs before the first start.

Yea the gas was real bad last year for me to. You have to check everything on the carbs and make sure you use good fuel treatment so the carbs dont freeze up. I noticed alot of stuff in my carbs and at the bottom of the tank last year. take your time and check the carbs real good.... ;)!
