Helping out a friend. Does a 1998 vmax xtc have a thermostat? Just trying to help narrow down a occasional overheating problem. Was in low snow conditions but he said it never mattered before. Things going to look at. Make sure coolant circulating. Bleed coolant system. Is it full. temp sensor inspection. Last didnt know for sure if it has a thermostat. Any other ideas?? Thanks CCC

If its 600 or 500 cc, Check water pump belt is it worn or broken. Dont know if triples have belt...
