Finally got my first chance to take my sxr 700 out today. Sled has a fresh bender trail port. Primary has 89a's in it(not sure what rivet weights are in it) with a YGY. Secondary has green spring with stock helix at a 60 wrap. Sled engages fine around 4300 rpm's. Then when i hammer down it bogs up to about 5000 rpms and that absolutely RIPSSSsss. Any suggestions to get rid of the bogging?

Just tightened the secondary up to 80 from 60. Still doing the same thing. I only had the sled out for about 3 minutes and the primary was hot. Im going outside right now to make sure i dont have a motor mount broken.

belt is slipping then if clutches are hot.Have you checked your alignment and center to center .Is that a new belt or old belt your using?Carbs may need extra fine cleaning also..

Carbs are clean and back to factory settings....I just bought a clutch alignment tool but it wont be here for a few days. Where/how many motor mounts are there on this sled. I have the air box/carbs off. I can see 4 mounts. Two on the front under the exhaust flange, and too under the reeds. Looks like there is a torque limiter right behind the primary that the motor rests on but doesnt attach to. The motor is siting about a 1/2 away from the rubber. This does not seem right.

If torque mount it not touching your center to center if most likely off. My sxr is less then 1/4in

I meant to type in 1/4...not 1/2...and i actually just went and measured it, and it came out to be a little less than 1/4 of an inch.

Just checked all motor mounts and they look good. Clutch alignment tool wont be here until this weekend. I will try turning fuel screws out to 2 and see if that helps.

I havent had a chance to turn those screws yet, but when i cleaned the carbs the fuel screws were set to 4 turns....Now that didnt seem right which is why i set it back to stock. Anyone who knows jetting have any idea why they would be set at 4? I called bender and the guy laughed at me when i told him this...

Did Bender give you any jetting settings for their port job? Try 2 turns out on fuel screws. Then try a bigger pilot if u get past 2 and a half turns out.
