I have a couple of SRX's I'm looking at here locally, any differences that make one better than the other, both $3000 or under?

there both fast and reliable.
2002 has DCS (Detonation Control Sensor). If your not familiar it retards your timing if detonation is occuring to help protect your engine. Also slightly different graphics than the 01. I believe these are the only differences between the two.

I would get the 02 if you have the choice for similiar prices
stock jetting is different also? I think? Getting old....

Yes, your right on this. They went a bit leaner in 02 becasue of the DCS.
Buy the 02. Re-jet to 01 specs. Last year production = better resale
with todays gas having the 02 with dcs sucks when you are full out flying then it activates and slows you down but is great insurance cause you wont burn down!Zachalyse said:
