I know these same questions get asked all the time and I hate to be a pain but here it is anyway....

I have a stock SRX, we just went over the sled and put new rings, bearings, cleaned the valves,etc. I do about 70% lake riding and only 30% trail riding. My questions are;

1 - Is there any real advantage to putting a Bender Cold air kit for mostly lake riding? Will give me any increase in speed on the lake and will it hurt the sled on the trail?

2 - Most of what I have read on here regarding reeds is that it is best to either leave the stock ones as is or put Carbon fiber pedals on the stock cages as opposed to changing to V-force 3 reeds. Would you recomend the same for the lake?

3 - If my sled's clutch is set up correctly, what should I be looking for when I test run the sled on the lake for the first time?

4 - does anyone know the color code for changing the stock tail light to an LED light? I have put ona boss seat and the tail light I bought has a blue wire for thr running light, red for the brake light and black for the ground. Which should go to which color wire on the stock tail light plug?

Thanks again for all your help guys!

Had 01 with cold air box, vforce reeds, bender can. Sled wen't good never let me down. Trail road it 300 plus miles a day. Then would run with 800 triples on lake all day long.
