well, tried to put the oil extension on, took the air box, carbs, and motor mount out. got to the nut and bracket for the oil line. sure enough, broke the bracket off. followed by #$%&* #$%&* :o| . anyways, it sure looks like i now have to take the motor out to replace the bracket. anyone have a sugesstion. also, once all this fun is over, how do i adjust the throttle and oil line?

That's too bad, that bracket is pretty flimsy eh. Did you put a 12mm wrench on top and bottom or turn against the bracket?
Anyway I adjusted my throttle line so there was just 1/16th of play before it starts to move the line, than I adjusted the oil line at the in line adjuster so that just a hair (Im talking like 1/32)before the hand lever is all the way on, the oil pump is wide open. Then when the throttle is that goes past last 1/32 the line sort of tenses up because the cable has the pump fully open, but the lever is still able to go wide open. I have no idea if this is right because I looked it up in the manual and got no real answer that I could understand and I didn't get any answers when I asked. However I did drive it tonight and it seemed to work the same as always. It also just sort of makes sense to me that it is designed that when the throttle is wide open that that is probably the same point at which the pump should be wide open since they are supposed to be mixed at a constant ratio.... I hope I am right anyway ;)

you can remove the rear motor mount and it will give you some more room, you still will have to stand on your head.

The brackets are very brittle for some reason, I have snapped a few myself, and called them some nice names.
