Hello all I had my carb's off today to check and clean them, and Whallah, they aren't heated, were some yammie's without heated carb's? Or did someone just put unheated one's on it? Also, I checked the jet's etc And middle is 143.8 main, pilot is 45, pto is 145 main and 45 pilot, the mag I could'nt check becuz "someone" stripped one of the screw's out
what's the best way to get that out? seem's to run a little "fat" when you hit the throttle too.

97's did not have heated carbs. I beleive they started heated carbs in 98

Maybe on the 700's, but my 97 600 twin has heated carbs....

97 700 did not have heate carbs till 98, stripped screws, I normally use vise grips, if that fails, drill the head off, remove bowl, and pliers should be able to grab the remaining bolt and take it out. Allen head bolts are a easy to work with replacement
