Handlebar risers

Just wanting to get your guys information on handle bar risers. I want to get some, and seeing what you guys like and what size you are running. Most likely I am going to go with 4". Do you think I am going to have to get extensions? I also like the articulating risers.
 

Do a search and you'll find tons of data.

IMO go with ROX 3.5" pivoting riser and with this you will need to extend oil, throttle, and brake lines.

This is what I am running, and love it. The oil line is not necessary, but i would recommend.

3.5" is max, and you have to nudge the brake handle forward on the bars a tad. I would recomend the 3.5 like spaz said. The half inch is not worth the work of extending cables. I run a 1 inch block riser with a 2" pivot riser. Perfect for standing or sitting. Of course im only 5'7" but ive seen lots of guys over 6' running the same thing and being happy with it. CCC
 
i am 6' and had a 3 1/2 i think and liked it. still wasn't tall enough, so i went wit a 6 inch riser and a 2 inch pivot adaptor for a total of 8 inches of riser. now im loving it 100x more.
 
I'm 6'1" and just put a 4" Rox adjustable riser on my '02 Viper. I also have a seat riser on mine. YES you need the '03 Mountain Viper cables to make it work. I had a 2" on last year, and the 4" feels that it will be a lot better to ride with.
 
I have a 3.5" TruVert riser on my Viper, had to get the Viper Mtn cables (I prefer to have the slack in the lines). its a nice height for sitting and works out alright if I stand up a bit (6'3")
 
I run a pivot and block on my SRX that nets out at about a 6" rise. I run RSI extra long braided cables. At 6'1" I can stand comfortably and with the Boss seat the 6" rise works good when sitting.
