hey, i was working on the sled the other night, an when i had it off the ground, i noticed that one of the ski columns (spindles) had more play than the other one. But not much. Link not working but i think i know what you mean. They do have a tad of slop from factory but it sounds like your due for some new bushings for your spindle. There is a plastic bushing on the top and bottom of trailing arm that the spindle rides in. Check those if you have a lot of play. CCC

grease both spindles and re check free play. Spindle bushings are cheap and easy to replace if the front end is off the ground
