So I connect to the service connector, 3 wire plug with a red and black wire, but the servo motor does move. Oh no!!
But when I start the sled on the stand a rev it up the servo motor moves.
Any Ideas?????
Very hard to make sure the servo motor is working properly and or adjust the power valves.
Thanks

Does or does not move? Need 12 volt power to make it move,, or just lower rpm below 900 rpm......
It doesn't move when I put the 12volts to it
It does move when the sled is running at you give it some rpms
Also is there a rpm range that it should move at

disconnect your connector - hook back up and lower your rpm down to 900 ,,, that will activate your servo to open fully,,,,,,,,,, Other wise servo works above 5000-8500rpm to open up ..... till max is achieved at max rpm.....

Whammy, I was going to adj mine using the electrical way but my plug has 2 reds on top and black is on the bottom. The plug is a diamond shape right above the clutch cover. Is that the right one?
It unplugs directly from servo motor,, best way to test is to lower rpms down and this also lets you know if it is working properly.......

O.k. great. The pulley turned counter clockwise when I idled it down. #3 cable was very loose. Adjusted to 2.5mm.
Mark servo where it stops, and make sure it doesn't move while adjusting. Once marked, do not have to idle down again,,,, just move by hand or gently with pliers.......
