I'm looking for a good replacement ski for my SRX w/M-10 suspension. Since I got the M-10 set up right, my worn out stock SRX skis are almost uncontrollable at almost any trail speeds. I put the shock extenders on from Pioneer for my ohlins to help a little. The stock skis are almost worn out flat behind the spindle from running out of carbides on long rides. I'm sure the ride hight change in the rear has some effect on this, but I'm hoping it's all because the skiis are junk. What skis are good for my setup that have been around and will be around for a while? I don't want to get something that is great this year, and then skags aren't available next year! (It's happend to me before on another sled w/Kimpex skis.) Thanks for everybody's help! Marc.

I just installed the c+a pro skis on my srx. Seem to be pretty good. Also every manufacture makes the carbides for C+A skis in my catalog.

If you trail ride you'll love Kimpex Arrow skis, not dual carbides, but dual keels(2 carbides on each ski), and they use a common ski-doo carbide. No darting, easy steering and they rail corners! I put 6" Shaper Bars on mine and love it.

X2 on the Arrow skis. Slydogs, pffft forget it tofast lol. Arrow skis are where its at. I use the Jagged Edge runners with mine and it handels like its on rails.

arrow skis weigh more then the stock skis lol .i dont put stuff on my sled that heavier lol stock skis 7.5 lbs with carbides arrow 8.5lbs to 9lbs lol DUEL CARBIDE

Ski's

I agree with C&A pro's. I have them on every Yamaha I run. Always get a good deal from Richie. They are a great ski on or off trail. Actually the Ultra Flex III ski's are the exact same ski as C&A pro's but cheaper.

Yea plus the c&a are only 6.45lbs with ski loop. Those arrow skis add up really fast, $305 for the package..ouch!

sly dogs better bang for u buck and u can do many different colors along with a skull on the back end of the ski and sly dog has a new 8 inch mountain ski out.

I pulled the trigger. Got the whole slydog race ski setup from Kyle at KJ. I guess they take the same carbides as C&A pros also. Thanks for all your feedback! I'm sure I'll like them.

i used pilots on my srx i had, they were awsome, didnt get the same results on a few other sleds ive tried them on since though. but on the srx ive never seen anything like them

Simmons on my Viper..corners great and the Flex helps with the bumps..No darting...Sometimes corners too good and gets the sled up on 1 ski...
