EGT gauges on bender pipes

Any one every put egt gauges on viper with bender pipes? Just got deal on some gauges. Dinatron 4 window One clamp type probe 2 weld on. Any ideas where to mount probes?

7 1/2 inches from the piston center line

So from center of spark plug hole? Go 7 1/2 inches to pipe? Should be fun getting good mesurment.
