ok I just buy a heelcliker kit but I don't have the nylon washer can I put the original nylon washer or it's dangerous because in the installation guide it's mentioned ''do not use the original washer...'' and if I can't put the original washer what is the reason. And where can buy this washer.

Did you buy the kit new?If so send it back as it's missing pieces or you may be able to get the washers from where you bought it from. The Yamaha washers are thicker I think is why you can't use them.

The yamaha washers should be thinner. The heel clicker ones I think measure around .100" thick, + or - .005".

If weights are tight with stock washers you are fine.

Hardware stores sell a lot of washers that would work. Your overthinking this. I have used hc,s since thewy 1st came out in 2001 & never had an issue using stock washers as long as there was very little side to side play.

I used the stock washers in one of my sleds. Been working fine for years now.
