This happens every year at this time. You will get your stuff from him, he gets swamped after the show season and also has shortages of the special carbide he uses, but always comes through for his customers, maybe not in as timely as we like but he always gets the product out. I have seen this same post for about 8 years running.
Thanks guys you are reassuring.
But really,, taking a business phone off the hook is sort of bush league.

The guy can't make the product if he's on the phone. With the product he makes I'm willing to accept how he operates.

I'll tell you up front, he's swamped!! His winter help got a full time job someplace else so it's Scott and whoever else he can find to help out. The problem for him is MOST, me included, of us wait until the snow flies to order. He can't keep a guy year round because demand is nonexistant in the summer. He'll dig out, but at his age, 18 hr days are gonna kill him. I only hope when he decides to retire, he'll sell me enough Triplepoints to last me until I quit riding LOL!!
