Track deflection

Ok, I read a lot of thread on that and a bunch of guy said the specification for the track deflection in the shop manual is to tight , If tis spec is not good do you have a spec because I have a 8 rear wheel kit and is not easy to adjust the track deflection.

You want it just tight enough so that it does not ratchet,, or balloon to much with lug or stud height that my cause problems.....
