VMax rear axle?

I just noticed my '96 Vmax only has three wheels on the rear axle & bthe center wheel is not centered????? is this the way it should be ? I just got the sled..It's like new ....runs better than anything i've riden.

axle is fine, if you want to add a 4th wheel, buy a wheel, cut a small spacer to the same length as the one between the axle off the big spacer, then shorten the remaining big sapcer the width of the bearing on the wheel you purchased.
