My friend just gave me a six pack of Rox powder grips for christmas. Just wondering if any one has used these? It says to drill a 1-5/8 hole but I would like some opinions before I go and cut 6 big holes in my boards.

Thanks Jason

that's what I was thinking. If they work I will do it just because I always stand up.

No expert here, but there has got to be something out there better than that.. Something with pop rivits comes to mind before burning 3 1 5/8 holes on your running boards

What kind of riding do you do? Those big holes would be to let the powder thru the boards. If you are just looking for traction for your boots just install directly onto the existing boards

I was thinking of just grinding off the bottom piece and just riviting them to the board. They are made for powder but I do alot of trail riding. I just hit the fields along the way.
