91 exciter

I have a 91 exciter and the T.O.R.S. is makin me really mad and I dont knwo what to do it starts on a couple of pulls then flashes the T.O.R.S. light I have not a clue I am so lost on what to do maybe buy some new switchs to put in the carbs or what should I do I am lost what to do any help would be greatly appricated.......plz help

Unplug tors and replug wires back into them self. You don't need it bypass it

Check your throttle cable adjustment.

I cant plug them into each other they have like a double butt connector kind of thing unless I cut the connector off and wire them to each other and I dont know if I should do that. If I do that would I jut plug the carbs into each other and the other end to each other or how would I do that and how likely are the carbs to malfunction and get stuck cuz my wife rides it when it runs??
