Hi guys, just wanna say thanks to everyone for all the help, tons of knowledge here. Just wondering about replacing the wiring harness, how involved is it? Do the pipes need to come off? 99 srx 600 thanks!
Tip pipes need to come off. So does the the coolant hoses and air box. What type of problemsare you having? Might just be a rub through.

yes, i did have a rub through repaired and re routed the harness, but now my tach or fuel gauge is not working but there is power to it, and I know it works cuz we swapped it on my buddy's machine and worked fine. Also swapped out CDI and no luck. Don't care so much about the tach, but a working fuel gauge would be helpful
harness is shorted somewhere else also then, did ya check harness at cdi box, they like to rub there also, easier if you remove cdi box to check harness. another place is up by steering stem.
