OK, sled seems to have too much ski pressure and not sure where to start adjusting on it.
'00 MM-600 with MPI transfer kit & 144x2 track. MPI straps are in the middle/medium setting, which should be good for a ~200 lb. rider, according to MPI setup sheet.
Would it be best to move the MPI kit to the lightest setting or start softening up the center shock? Any other setting to check?

stiffen the preload on the center shock to #7 position, loosen the preload on the rear shock to #1 position, let the limiter straps out and put the ski shocks at #3. before adjusting, record your starting points as a fall back. the transfer kit should will play on the steering effort, more like lack of. there are alot of other factors that contribute. if you have the instructions from mpi for the hole placements vs transfer, start in the neutral setting and adjust up for more transfer from there, after setting the shocks and limiter straps. you can also adjust the shocks one setting at a time to find the key ride for snow conditions and play with the limiters to help the sled climb on top of the snow.

Another thing make sure your rail tips don't go through the front of your track caused by the limiter straps top loose.
