Phazer 2- CHanging the chain case oil

Where do I refill the chain case oil on a Phazer 2? All I see is a black plastic piece that looks like it has a small nipple on it, just above where the chain case tension is adjusted. What am I over-looking? What is the capacity?

The hole on top with the rubber plug is the fill hole. There is a check plug about 2-3 inches up from the bottom of the case. It is a screw with a 10 mm head. The muffler has to be removed for access. Or an easier way is to use a piece of wire as a dipstick through the fill hole. Bend it so it reaches the bottom of the case.
