Hey All

I just bought this sled....actually my wife gave it to me for Christmas. I love my wife more than ever lol. It is completely stock and has less than 2000 kilometers on it....and yes I said 2000 kms....no misprint lol.
I know there are clutching setups in the tech section, so will do that, but wondering about a safe main and pilot jet for it. I know from previous experience yamahas are jetted rich. So the stock is 151.3 and I am assuming I can safely go down one size. Just wondering what everyone else is running in their's? I don't need to be maximum performance on the edge of being too lean, just a safe jet in the range of just above freezing to say -18 degrees celcius. Any other carb settings are appreciated too.
It hasn't been run much and was serviced at the dealer 2 years ago. There is a bit of bog taking off WOT, so you have to feather it a bit. The carbs were cleaned two years ago. I have now put fresh gas in it so maybe after running it a bit it will be better.

Thanks

Ok...I'm in Canada, so I hope to get at least 14 mpg with stock jetting, and our gallons are bigger. Any tips for fuel economy then, other than the stock settings? My brother owned this sled and he said it was hard on fuel since it was new. I figured there should be some tweaks to improve on this. He isn't mechanical regarding doing his own work and has never had a carb dismantled in his life. I don't mind getting my hands dirty and have always done my own snowmobile repairs from dismantling clutches to rebuilding the top of engines.

Thanks
