i started working on a used viper i bought and when i pulled the secondary off i see that the reinforcing plate right behind the clutch isnt there. its a little triangle 5 inches by 5 inches high. ilooked for the yamaha part number. i think its178ek-21977-00-00 but im not sure. also it says backordered anybody have a scrapped frame thats not smashed on the clutch side, that could rob that piece for me? thanks alot guys awsome site also is that the right part number?

I have a 04 Viper Mtn chassis sitting here, i could probably steal it off of. Ill take a look.

there is no cover on them, they are visible
