Doesn't this sound logical? If it leaks at the joints riding over bumps, won't that activate the dcs?

I always thought the dcs was fuel related..?Are you thinking that the loose exhaust pipes are possibly leaning the motor out-activiating the dcs?

probably can do something ....they are tuned pipe on 2 stroke if its leak it change alots of thing

i believe loose exhaust could set dcs, there is a frequincy(rattle) or if just leaking could run leaner.

Yes, that's what I mean.

No dcs today. Exhaust is not leaking I believe, but I also tried another fuel so it could be that too.

I'm sorry for not bringing the news on this sooner, but yes! The exhaust WAS leaking, #25 in this picture was broke right off:

Allowing the silencer to move, thus letting out exhaust, thus leaning out. Also, all this time I had one or more broken exhaust valves. But they are now fixed, and I can do long pulls before it activates, but then the motor is real hot. If I cool it first, I can do that with no problem.
