Belt has been squeaky at idle speeds. I can't figure it out. Belt isn't worn yet and the sheaves and belt have been cleaned.... Am I missing something? It is def the primary causing the squeak and it is the belt that squeaks.
is it oem belt ??? maybe clutch alignement ...could be the secondary close to mutch ....
If there are any washers behind the three bolts on the back side of the secondary remove them for new belt........

There's a good picture somewhere (a scan from the service manual) that shows how it works. The 3 bolts are adjustments for how close the two halves can be. When the secondary is all the way closed, the other half rests on those bolts.
