hey guys im looking for some info on my 500 mountain lite i was looking for info on carbs, and clutches etc. also wondering how big of paddle i can fit on the track i would like to go to a 2 inch any info on this sled would be great
Do you have the supplemental manual for that sled. It has the high-altitude charts for you. It is good to have the Phazer 500 manual as well.
I have never put a 2 incher in that tunnel, but it should fit with 8 x 2.52 drivers which would have come stock on that sled. I have put 1.25 and 1.5 inchers in with room to spare.
This sled does need to be geared down a bit in my opinion depending on where and how it will be ridden.

thanks for the reply i dont have the manuals and cant really find much on these sleds are the at all the same as a 99 phaser and my riding consists of mostly ditch banging but like to play in deep snow and maybe go to the mountains now and then. the problem i have is it seems to start popping when you hit deep powder and kinda bogs
