On my friends srx the servo will not work right. It cycles when cold and will run up to 8500 like it should. But after it gets warm it will not cycle and will not open the valves. The servo will not do it cycle when you first start it after sled has been run. Carbs are clean. We changed the servo to a newer one we had worked till it got warm then sled will only turn 8000. Is there a sensor the works with the servo? Or do I have a wire issue? We cleaned the valve thinking they where gummed up but look ok. Any input will be great.
sounds like a wiring issue or bad cdi
If you run it then shut it off then try to start it back up it acts like fire is weak. And timing is off. You need to pull like 10-12 times then it will start. CDI dose make sense.
