Interested in putting a small shot of nos in the 01 srx.....anyone have any input? I know it will affect durability. Is there any setup better than another?
I've been told that the Boss kits are the ones worth looking at, but no personal experience.
boss looks good...anyone else?
I have a Boss Noss but not on a sled. It is on my KFX700 quad (30-shot). It appears to be the easiest kit BY FAR to install/tune because it has it's own fuel tank and if your A/F ratio is good on motor only, it will be good when using the nitrous. My quad actually gets about .5 richer when I am running the nitrous. Mine is hardwired to the battery for power but the Boss Noss kits for sleds have a battery pack in the controller since they don't have their own battery.
I would definitely recommend a Boss Noss if you are new to using nitrous.

I always wondered how you would clutch a sled with nitrous? For on the bottle or for off the bottle or in between?

Did you tune your kfx wet shot with a wideband?
Yes, I have an Innovate LC-1 installed with a small rectangular digital gauge.
Here are some pics of the installation.
