2000 700 SXr with SLP pipes. Longtracked it last year to a 141 2" paddle. I am over reving bad on long runs. Gearing is stock, went to 8 tooth drivers. max power is @ 8800RPMS
Here is my current setup which was for the 121"
8CR's in the primary
Bender blue spring in the primary
Bender roller rooseter secondary. Not sure on helix but I want to go back to stock secondary springs and helixs---> back to stock secondary.
My stock secondary is long gone, dont know if it went with another sled at one point...
Sled climbs to 9300 on long runs. Where are you clutching guys at?
I am 325 lbs.

What rivets are in the 8CR's? You'll need to add more weight in the outer hole to bring yourself back to 8800.
I dug out some notes and it says 13.3mm outer 10.3 inner? I set this up over 5 years ago? How much more should I go on the outer rivets? WHat was stock helix for this sled? 47?

LIFE MEMBER ONLY ONCE!!!
I think it had a 45 helix..others can correct me if I am wrong.
you need to put a 24/40 gearing ratio in it! to make up for the 8 tooth driver! also you can try a different belt like a 8-ch that will bring down r's. the 13.3 should be on the inside and 10.3 on the outer!!! hope this helps ya.
