Anyone ever had a custom handlebar pad cover made?I have one zipper on my SRX pad cover that only stays fastened so long and then it opens up so I figured I'd look around and mabey have a custom one made but would like some ideas from people that have done this.Yamaha used to have some in their accessory book with a zipper pouch in them but I don't see them any more.

Annoying, isn't it? Both zippers on my '01 come unzipped regularly. I haven't lost any sleep over it but it seems more times than not that when I look at it one or both are half zipped.

I don't think these are the "lockable" zippers found on most garments but it seems they should have been.

Unless I misunderstood your post and you're saying the zipper is broken. Anyhow, I though about zip-tying it but haven't given it much thought until you brought it up.

Yeah it is a pain and yes your right I have one zipper that messed up on me last year but once I got it back together it stayed fine, actually both zippers stay closed I would just like a little color or something on the bar pad cover.

When i bought my sled this was missing, so \with some plumbing supplies from RONA
and a Yamaha foam dirtbike handlebar pad for 20$, Ill get my Camera and see if I can get ya a Picture.

Its worked really well so far, especially when modding my bars with riser
