after a 200 km ride i decided to pull the plugs since it was the first trip, an well they all r black. I know they should be a nice tan color however they all r pretty black especially #1 cylinder. What is this telling me..too rich?

Pic 1 and 2 look ok, 3 seems rich. Check your needle settings, fuel screw, and jet size. Excessive idle can foul the plugs too.
an i forgot to mention they r BR9es..should i use somethin else
prob somewhere around -5 or -10

At those temps I'd say you are running a little fat.

what is your oil pump set at? what jets are you running? needle settings? have you cleaned the carbs? to me only no 2 cylinder looks ok (little oil rich) three looks the richest(coolest),then one.
well everything is set to stock specs, however i never cleaned the carbs this year due to the fact that i never had the sled out more than 5 times last year due to the fact that i broke my arm. but they were cleaned last season. But i might rip them down an clean them an make sure everything is within spec.
