ok here we go ! ;)!

Just got my self a 1998 Srx 700 yamaha 1500 miles odo~

has previous work done:
-800 big bore kit race ported
-dropped and rolled chain case
-V-force reeds
-K&N Air filters
-Racers Edge Tunnel
-light weight arms and skis
-136x1.5 track rail extension
-stock pipes with aftermarket silencer i think
-digitron LCD screen monitor (pipe temp)
-not sure what clutching configuration or the gearing
-

Issues -on one time off the next try spark(ingintion) somtimes works if picked up and dropped <> so was thinking wiring to the stator! looks clean!! stator looks fine!!! took it out and testing asap

Suspension has NO travel!! seems locked up!!! NO weight Transfer! thinking of rebuilding or buying say an m 10 edge suspension !

-any ideals on how to make this machine scream???

pls comment! any and all advice will be used and appreciated :bling: :letitsnow :2strokes:

run an NOS system on it and get rid of that heavy ars rear suspension. try to find something lightweight like something out of a f5 sno pro or something.

yep, that's the SRX suspension! Give up on that one and try to find something else. I've got an Expert X on mine, but search on here and you'll find a lot of possibilities, and pictures of most.

re: your issue, not sure what you mean. Please be more descriptive and we can help you out.

not sure what rules per class your races are but you may be required to run your stock suspension. alot of races dont abide by ISR and make up their own rules all depends, good luck and cant wait to see some pics.

1st drag sled

Since it's a drag sled, it doesn't need any travel. JAWS pipes work excellent for adding power. I wouldn't even mess with NOS. You really need to find out what your clutching and gearing is before you can move forward with this project.
