Broken bolt exhaust manifold

1989 Phazer 480. Exhaust bolt on the mag side broke flush with the cylinder.
Looks like I'll have to remove the cylinder to get it out. Do I have to remove the air box and carbs or are there any tricks around this. Thanks for any help.

Thanks modsrx, got the cylinder off and drilled a hole in the stud, letting it soak with Blaster. Will try to get it out tomorrow.

A 50/50 mix of acetone and new transmission fluid works great for breaking loose bolts. Best I have found so far.
