tell me about aftermarket reeds, or reed spacers for srx 2000

do either improve performance?
and which ones

Flow more air make more hp. Run spacers on any Yammie triple!!! Don,t spend $$$ on reeds. Stock Yammie reeds are great!

and i have heard they improve throttle response?
. is that true or is there another improvement ( top end, low end torque etc.)

who has them new - what price
what should i pay used on ebay or classifieds here.. or should i only trust new.....

hey Turk,
I thought it was reed spacers or notch the reed stops on the sx motors and do nothing to the SRX and viper motors with exhaust vavles?????

Just checking. Also I think that the stock yammy reeds are very good.

I've heard that before also from some guys on here, that reed spacers help the SRX engines as well. Might be worth looking into, as I can't imagine the spacers are very much money.
