Why DOO the big guys always want to pick fights.

I'm on Rice Lake (Bewdley) and there's 70 sleds sitting
out in front on Rhino's Bar. Two 05' Doo 8's, a Mach Z1000
and an XC800 come screaming in.

They stop, have a ciggy, a few sneer at me. (ed. I think it was sneer..
The Xcr800 guy asks "you have that Yammy done?" I say "small
clutching, thats it"

Long / short, we line em up multiple times to 2000'ft.
That old srx beat em all....by a wee bit but didn't lose.
The Z couldn't hook up right, the 800's were .5 a sled behind
me. The Xcr looked like it could have finger walked soon.

Thanks Gerry and Flav Iantomasi for getting that bird to fly! ;)!
(best $$$ i ever spent on a sled!)

The dudes even paid for my wings and beer after in the bar.

Alot of guys are starting to get ready for dragging
soon. Bewdley used to have regular drags / ovals
years ago, but its coming back with regularity now.
I have my sony ready to record them.

Their are alot of XCR800 guys around these parts that think they are so bad *** and I know that a decent(not even perfectly) setup SRX700 would kill them in a race.

tried another set up this morning, will be going out soon to test it.And I switched the Simmon's ski's from the SRX to the SXR and put single carbide ski's(USI) on the SRX.Wanna see how it handles the corners now..don't really want to slow down..lol.Taking the helmet cam with me to... ;)!

I swapped from Oem to those Sly Dogs. Nice....impressed ;)!

Ran my pretty well stock srx with sum guys today on radar in 2000 feet, my best was 122.1, nytro's and apex's were running between 108 and 116.4, 2003 f7 113-114, and there was a 2000 mach z 800 set up pretty good ran 125 all day then the last run pushed 126.1, and 2003 xcr 800 with work im not sure exactly what he was running but i know it was right around the same as the mach z

Impressive..........?There was another guy used to hang around here all he had to do was put Iantomasi in his sig and his sled was to beat all.

If i PM you again Blue, are you going to post your feelings like you did B4?

Here's a pacifier, I'll remove my sig (sic) for you then you won't get your
nose out of joint. ;)!

For those that may not notice, BlueWho (a fellow Canuckski) and I
don't see eye to eye lately. Please disregard the sharp banter back
and forth. ;)!

Impressive as in the work Gerry and Flav did yes. I ve never had
a slightly mod sled like this before. I'm from the DOO camp so
Mxz 670's were my lot.
