Wire Harness Assy (8eb3)

Hello
I have a 2001 Venture 700.
dose anyone know the difference between:

WIRE HARNESS ASSY (8EB3) #8CH-82590-10-00 ($184.37 from Cycle parts Nation)
and

WIRE HARNESS ASSY (8DM4) #8DM-82590-00-00 ($305.0

Trying to find a plug for the THERMOSENSOR ASSY. Someone here said that they found a kit....so you don't have to buy the whole wire harness

Phoned Kelly's Yamaha in Hamilton. They found it ($14). I pick it up next week.
I'll post a picture and part #.
