runs fine but after awhile, when it starts to get warm, it all of a sudden starts to sputter and lurches forward in spurts. any ideas? is this anything to do with the primary because it hasn't been rebuilt in awhile. thanks for any help!

if so, check centre to centre.... then check belt deflection....
