When I sit on this thing it does not move at all no flex whatsoever. I pick it up and drop the rear nothing. I am thinking rear shock or could it be something else going on. The machine has been maintained only 2100 miles. I believe this is the same skid as a phazer maybe longer track.

Try taking the shocks out and seeing if you can move the suspension that way. If it won't move with no shocks, it is rusted/ seized up. If it moves fine with no shocks, then check out the shocks to see if they move.
