I have a 2000 SX700R with the head gasket mod. and a snow stuff exhaust can. The sled ran great when I rebuilt it at 7200 miles (stock pistons and rings). I rebuilt the top end with OEM pistons and Gaskets exactly the way I bought it from the previous owner. The sled now runs great when I have it at a quarter throttle or higher. It will idle fine with the choke on when its cold started but then about 30 seconds later when its warm it will gargle and backfire. The sled will not idle without the choke on when its warm. I have to turn the choke on and give it some throttle everytime I stop at a crossing or on the side of the trail to talk. It quickly loads up when I do this. I did not adjust anything in the carbs after rebuild. I am stumped so if anyone can help me with my problem I would appreciate it.

Idols like a dream thanks guys. Exhaust side cyclinder likes to load up at idol but I'm going to do some adjustments with the air screw and tune it in a little.
