I was wondering if this could be a clutch isue we took the exiter out todat carbs redone and adjusted, new belt, new plugs and caps, whhen you give it gas to go you have to go real slow for it to take off once it goes and you want to give it more you have to back off and give it and the longer you ride it gets worce you stop and give it a brake and it goes back to ok but never goes 0 to wot kind of weird even had a issue going up a hill after going for a wile changed belt and it went but still have to be slow and feather the throttle. The sled does have 5000 or alittle more miles on it could it be time for clutch work.

Thanks for the reply no back fires or or studdering but i have acuritly what it does
you give it gas normaly like you would do on any sled and it bogs and trys to kill if you
are easy on the throttle it will start moving and it can be driven and then it gets hot
and has issus up hill an acrost roads it could be the coil heating up and bringing down the spark it is the original or looks original my mehod on sleads is trial and eror and one day it works. what do you think thanks for geting me thinking.
