Hey guys, hit a stub some days ago with the right ski with my srx 600
speed was maybe 15-20 mph. The running board got screwed up, what do u think off this guys, can I (or yamaha mechanics) repair it so it will be as good as before?

nothing to it, beat it flat with a hammer and paint it if you want but it will be no problem, the tunnel bends right there all the time when the trailing arms bend

That is about the slightest bend i have ever seen in that location. As mentioned above, I would hammer it out and run it. If you are still worried, you could get some running board braces, and rivet them on to reenforce, however with such a slight bend, that is probably not nessecarry.
Tap it out with a hammer and a block of wood. Use the wood underneath the board and use the hammer to tap out the high spots on top.
One bang, the other way and good to go............. will even make it stronger........ for the next twig...........or stub.......

Like the other guys said, put something under running board at the same angle and use a dead blow hammer. Here is what mine looked like a few years back and its still working! http://www.totallyamaha.net/forums/showthread.php?t=23219
