For some reason this cylinder is not firing. I have spark and good compression, checked both.
I did rebuild the carbs this season could I have missed something? It does seem to start firing at high RPM, but it definitely doesn't at idle. I pull the plug off and it sounds the same with it on.
Any thoughts?

Time to look at the tech faqs section under cleaning your carbs!Than dont take any shortcuts and follow the instructions to the tee.Or in your case to the piolits.

I followed both technical writings to a tee...so I think. Do you think it's wise to pull them back out and go through them again?

You no i would the same happened to me last year i dont no if there was crap in the pump or were it came from but they were plugged after one ride.If the moter picks up after it is warm by flipping the choke thats what it is.
