I have a 99 srx 700 that i bought with a bad crank bearing. tore the motor down and sent the crank out to be checked, repaired. That was 2 winters ago! Finally picked my crank and new/used case halves up and got the gaskets and ready to start to reassemble. When i did this with my zrt i used threadlock to lock the bearings to the case and threebond 1194 to seal the case. that was 5000 miles ago, This sound kosher on my yammie? any other tips on reassembly? Im also in need of some upper engine parts, after reading some of these posts, who's good to deal with on here and who should i avoid? p.s. The time lapse was on my behalf, not the crank shops!
