when i remove the riser, any certain angle the handle bars need to be?

im removing the 3-5 inch risers on my sxr 700, and just wondering if the handlebar only goes in one way? or are there adjustments? i want to put it in stock. im not sure how far its supposed to tilt

Rider preference. Take the wrench with you and try it at different places 'til it feels comfortable.

The bars on my '01 were at my knees upon delivery new. If there is a "spec" my dealer didn't follow it.
