Ya I experienced -50 in Ottawa a few years back, ...that was c-o-l-d. Here in Newfoundland, it rarely goes below -10 (without the windchill). We have mild summers (25 celcius) and mild winters (-5 celcius).

At least you have snow, ...I've been waiting for snow since early Nov. to test all my mods. I've got the whole month of December off and still no snow.
If it were -50 and snowing i'd be out there.

I know the feeling. 2 years ago in the Black Hills we had -32 and our helmets froze to our jacket collars. We were so damn cold we didn't turn our heads, just lookin straight down the trail. It was suppose to be a 20-30 min. ride just to check out the trails. A wrong turn, 2 hours and the entire loop later we were back at the cabin with an 1/8 inch of frost on our helmets. All the booz in the cabin couldn't warm our bones that night. Man the sleds ran like champs that night though!!!
