When I Start The Sled, The Speedo And Rpm Guage Comes On....immediatley It Stops Working And The Speedo Goes Blank....this Continues Going On And Off As Long As The Machine Is Running......no Problems With The Headlights, Tail Lights Or Running Order Of The Machine...just The Dash!! Whats Wrong Please?????? Pm Me If U Have An Idea, Thanks!

Sounds like it could be a wire rub through on main harness. Usually happens under engine. Do a search tons of info on it and not a bad job to check from posts iv read. Look under electical for mor help in the tech section link. http://www.totallyamaha.net/forums/showthread.php?t=76735 chris
Do a search for "harness" on this site. You likely have a wire harness rub-through under the engine. Another possibility is that the plug in the back of the gauge is not fully seated (be sure the rubber seal is pressed all the way in as well).
You can disconnect the wire harness near the hood hinge. Release the bend down clamps along the harness. Tie a string (to pull it back in), and pull the wire harness up by the coolant tank. Then you can inspect the wire loom closely and repair any damage.

check the battery. Mine did that as well, and would go on and off as it charged itself. About 30 miles in to a ride, it has enough charge to not cut in and out anymore.
