Is anyone running new saddleless mountain skis on their srx or sxr? Does it even work? Does it drop the front end down at all?

I am using saddleless skis and it does drop the frt end, unless you switch over to viper trailing arms and spindles. Then it will retain the stock height.

yes it works. they drop right in, i do recommend getting a longer bolt that holds the ski on because the nut barely screws on. my stock srx ski broke so i picked up a pair of the saddleless and thorugh them on, yes it does drop the front end, but nothing to drastic.

Are the trailing arms & spindles the only thing needed from the Viper? What about if you wanted to run Viper front shocks with modified upper mounts. Would you need the radius rods & tie rods also then?

By raising the frt end up using viper shocks it makes the sled top heavy so thats why the longer radius rods are used. Use the search engine on this topic, lots of info.
